About Wake Forest University
Wake Forest University conducts a diverse range of research in areas ranging from the social to physical sciences. Many departments at the university are active in research with the departments of Biology, Chemistry, Physics and Computer Science. In addition to departmental research, research is conducted at a group of research centers in molecular signaling, energy, nanotechnology and translational science. The Center for Nanotechnology and Molecular Materials has established programs for working with industry, and participates in the newly formed Wake Forest Core Labs business initiative.
